I can't find or install App Engine Studio module. I am presuming that I have trouble with my development account since obviously am new with this. Any comment will be appreciated
Ended up removing the instance, waiting a day, then requesting an instance in a different place. I was working in San Diego, now I am in Tokyo. Thanks all for your time
