I can't find the workspace I created

I created a new workspace

But I can't find it in Workspace Experience > Administrator > All Workspaces

Why is that? And how do I find it to edit?

I knew UI Builder,but I think that it can only  be used to edit the page.

The reason that I want find it in All Workspaces is that I want to add Action or to edit list and so on.

So I need it display in  Workspace Experience > Administrator > All Workspaces

Please help me~
