Hi,
You need to elevate your role.
1) Click on drop down on top right corner and select 'Elevate Roles'
2) After you select 'Elevate Roles' , a pop up comes . Select the check box 'security_admin' and click Ok. After this you will be able to add/edit ACL's. Let me know in case of any issues.

Hello,
If you are admin and don't have the "security_admin" role, you cannot add this role by yourself.
Another user with the security_admin role (and who can also manage users) will be able to help you!
Hope this will help!
Regards
