I am having trouble with emails of the type "send-ready".
Currently, I have set "Email sending enabled" to False in the Email Properties.
However, when I check the mailbox, there are several "send-ready" emails.
I would like to set "Email sending enabled" to True, but I am afraid that the existing "send-ready" emails will be sent before it is set to True.
I want to ensure that "send-ready" emails are not sent even if I set "Email sending enabled" to True.
Questions:
â‘ Is there a way to prevent "send-ready" emails from being sent after setting "Email sending enabled" to True?
â‘¡ Under what conditions does the type of email become "send-ready"?
â‘¢ After setting "Email sending enabled" to True, are "send-ready" emails sent immediately? Or is there a delay of a few days?

- Yes you need to change the type from send-ready to send-ignored.
- Email sender scheduled job.
- i think they will be sent immediately.

Hi, assuming this is a PDI or sub-production instance and audit integrity is not required, you could also just delete the existing email messages from the outbox.

Either it is PDI or client instance, as soon the email is enabled all email will go out.

Atul: You can run the job / go to email logs and select all Send ready emails and change the status

Atul: As soon as condition matches in email notification, system trigger email and then it become send ready

Atul: Yes, with in seconds it will out and status change to sent.
