I finished the HR implementatio course plus simulator. Where can I get the voucher CIS-HR voucher?

In my voucher list, there is no voucher for CIS-HR.

these days (between 2nd and 17th November) there's ongoing facilitator transition which is like a "dead period":

And with this transition, no voucher will be ever issued. Go to the link above and watch the 5 min video to understand the new schedule method. It will be however available after the transition is done... so wait until the 18th November and try to follow the steps:

Technically, it should be there, but here’s the catch: ServiceNow is changing the exam provider from Webassessor to Pearson VUE, and after 17th November, there will be no need for a voucher. This might be why you didn’t receive one.

Wait until 17th November, then try booking the exam on the new vendor site. If you still face any issue, please log a Now Learning support case.
