I am trying to use ITSM simulator to learn ServiceNow. I created a few objects (requests) on a lab instance and successfully finished a few tasks, but the instance was messed up for some reason (the console menus, workspaces, etc. are not showing what the training instructions state at all), so I had to terminate it after failed to recycle it by logging out/in or "checking the instance". The problem is that when I got a new lab instance, none of those created in my previous instance are carried over, but my next learning Tasks keep using the objects I created in the previous instance and I cannot start the learning from the beginning with my account, either. Did I miss something?

Well, resetting "labs" is actually terminating an old instance and getting a new one (from my perspective), which works fine. I am talking about resetting my learning process that matches with the instance, because the instance uses the items created in the "previous" learning tasks. These two are not matched if I start a new instance and this caused the issues.
I understand resetting the learning tasks may involve other things, so I am trying to work around to see if I can move on. Thanks for your help.

Hi @XGL
Yes, that's correct. Once you release the plan instance, if for any reason it doesn't wake up and you request a new lab instance, the old work will not be restored. You will need to start from the beginning or pick up where you left off.

Thanks for the response. I know this may be off the topic but I’m stuck here, because again the learning process uses previous execution results and I cannot wipe them to start from beginning. Can the learning process be reset as well?
