I have created 18 assignment groups & now CAB team member asked me to add CI's in CMDB on incident application.

Could you please suggest how to add CI's in CMDB.

Sorry , what exactly you need to do "add CI's in CMDB on incident application".

Adding a Ci In cmdb there are many ways

- Manual (via CI classes in Navigation)

- Import from 3rd party

- Via discovery
