Set Auto-assignment criteria to false on a HR Task created via scripting

Hi there,
Through a script include, we are creating a HR Case and depending on a specific option, we are also creating an HR Task under that HR Case and assigning it to a HR group.
When submitting the Record Producer, the HR Case get's created with it's HR Task, but we are getting a message saying "No agents meet the auto-assignment criteria for HRTXXXXXXXXX", see screenshot below.
For HR Cases, you can add the "Skip auto-assign" case option to the HR Service, but what about HR Tasks? I have looked online and couldn't find anything that worked. Would anyone know?

You can disable that if you want
