The Assessment Categories related list enables you to define the questions that the end user answers to assess the risk of a change request.

Hi,

It would be under Change -> Risk Assessments.

You will need setup your Assessment Threshold values which calculate the Risk Value. The Threshold is generated from the Assessment Metric values under Metric categories. You need to Evaluate if all metric choice options and values are set up as per your requirement.
