I have created a list of risk assessment questions but i dont know where to set the risk for the risk assessment??I am not able to calculate risk for the set of risk assessment questions please anyone help me on this

Hi,

It would be under Change -> Risk Assessments.

You will need setup your Assessment Threshold values which calculate the Risk Value. The Threshold is generated from the Assessment Metric values under Metric categories. You need to Evaluate if all metric choice options and values are set up as per your requirement.

Ive another requirement if my implementation task is unsuccessful i want to move it to post implementation review in workflow I am adding a if condition in workflow but my script is not working to check whether implementation task is closed or not can u share the script if u have worked on it

HI Alikutty,

I have defined the Assessment metric values under Metric categories. The issue i am getting the value I have define in thereshold for calculating the Risk : Low, medium and High is not matching with values we are submitting in questtionarrie.

Attached the screenshot for reference :

The value from questionarrie : - 19 (It should come in Moderate as defined in threshold)

But, The change risk is updated to High.

Could you please help me why it is not calculating correctly?
