I have created major incident trigger rule for tigering major incident proposed in incident form

Hi Community,

 

I have created a major incident trigger rule with conditions like priority is 1 - critical and categorization is apps will trigger major incident

but we have incident state is active and priority is 1, it's doesn't trigger a major incident

Hello,

 

Did you had a chance to check the categorization field value does the type has Apps value?

If it is correct and still not working, please provide the XML of incident you are expecting to be escalated as Major incident, the categorization type for that incident.
