Hi Community,
I have moved new P2, P3, P4 SLA's configurations update sets to Test Environment and committed it, but now client ask me, we don't want these New SLA configurations to Production Environment.
Could you please suggest what will be the next step to follow?
Regards,
Srinivasu

@Srinivasu2 : In this case, as they are not required you can back out the update set from TEST Environment.
Navigate to Local Update Sets > Select your update set > Click on Backout button
Please mark this as correct answer and helpful if it resolved, or mark this helpful if this help you to reach towards solution.

Hi @Srinivasu2 In your test instance go to --> local update set-->Open your update set--> you will see back out UI Action button top right corner--> click that button to revert back the changes.
Backout update set will revert all your changes related to this update set. This will solve your problem.

Hi @Srinivasu2
You can backout or mark new SLA as active false
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.
