i have the subnet field its select box in order guide and i have catalog item in rule base .

i have the subnet field its select box in order guide and i have catalog item in rule base .in subnet choice filed i have 3 choices create ,edit,hide based othe choice if i select create the new item form needs to show .if i select edit existing item needs to edit.and if i select hide item will not show.

can you please help on this
