I have to correct survey.

Hi, 

I have to correct survey. I have created survey for HR and it is triggering based on condition. When I'm previewing survey it is showing correct but when survey has been triggered it is showing content from other survey. 

Please find attached screenshot : 

When I'm previewing it is showing like attached screenshot 

 

When survey has been triggered then it is showing '90 days of joining' that is different survey. It shouldn't show it. 

 

Survey Metrics : 

When survey has been triggered it is showing Assessment metric type is '90 days of joining' it should show HRSD Request Satisfaction Survey V2 like above screenshot : 

 

Can you please help me to correct it.

Can you share screenshot of trigger condition for both of your survey designed. Have you checked if both are getting triggered?

There are total 10 trigger conditions in HRSD Request Satisfaction Survey and I have created survey for mentioned screenshot.  

Please find attached screenshot for that :

Go to survey design and see is some text / variable overwrite other?

Seems you trigger wrong survey. provide more details please.
