How to send an email notification with excel file to user manager

Hello Experts,
My requirement is ,
If user end date is in 7 days then we need to check if there are any open incidents assigned to that user
If yes
Then we need to send an email notification with all open incident details (like number , description , state etc...) in excel sheet .xlsx format to user manager.
How to achieve this by using schedule job...and what is the script..

You can use flow designer which low code/ no code.
