I have to correct survey.

Hi, 

I have to correct survey. I have created survey for HR and it is triggering based on condition. When I'm previewing survey it is showing correct but when survey has been triggered it is showing content from other survey. 

Please find attached screenshot : 

When I'm previewing it is showing like attached screenshot 

 

When survey has been triggered then it is showing '90 days of joining' that is different survey. It shouldn't show it. 

 

Survey Metrics : 

When survey has been triggered it is showing Assessment metric type is '90 days of joining' it should show HRSD Request Satisfaction Survey V2 like above screenshot : 

 

Can you please help me to correct it.

Hi @Dr Atul G- LNG, 

It is opening my survey only but only 90 days of joining is showing from other survey. I don't know why. 

When I'm clicking on View Survey URL link it is showing my survey only 90 days of joining is showing from different survey. 

 

Please correct me.

So you mean. survey is same but showing wrong codnitions?
