I have to create ATF to create change request.

Hi, 

I have to create ATF - Change Management - Create Standard, Normal,  & Emergency Change. 

I have added some steps but after that I'm not sure what steps should be added. 

  

Can anyone please help me with this.

Hi @niveditakumari,

'Field Values Validation' steps is failing because in order to use this step you must have already opened a form using either the "Open a New Form" or "Open an Existing Record" steps. It is recommended not to run this step directly.

You may use any of the below two solutions:

1. Try opening the form again and then use the 'Field Values Validation' step

2. After the 'Record Insert' step, use the 'Record Validation' step to validate that a record meets the specified conditions on the server-side.
