I have updated one of the label of choice list field. How to fetch that label

I have a choice field with some choices, I have updated one of the choice label and now i want to revert back.May i know How can i revert back.Thanks!

If you know what was the previous label, just go to the choice and update it back.

On the field label right Click -> Show Choice list

Open the choice value you need to update

Change the choice label and save.

I Doesn't know the choice value also i cannot check with updated by field as its modified again by some user.

If its something oob then you can find it in a new PDI.

Or if the change was only ion one instance then find out the original value form another instance.
