I lost my dev instance dev231522 , can i get it back?

As we know, PDIs are just a free service that we are using, and Servicenow long back has mentioned the instance can be lost due to unavoidable circumstances so we need to take the backup of your instance regularly.

This is very inconvenient and unfortunate, but at this moment we can't do anything, all you can do is to request a new PDI and keep backups going forward. Refer to the link to how to backup your instance:

No, once PDI gone its gone. NO way to take it back as old but you can take it new.
