I need Announcement message display in the servicenow portal

I am unable to view announcements on the ServiceNow portal. Can you please help me?

Before you begin

Role required: admin, sp_admin, or announcement_admin

Procedure

1. Navigate to All > Service Portal > Announcements.
   The Announcements [announcement] table displays all announcements.
2. Click New.
3. On the form, fill in the fields.

I have the necessary roles, but after creating a new announcement, it is not appearing on my portal home page.

Try cache.do and then try

It may be browser issue or share screen shot of your configuration.
