There is no other, way, better log a case and get some support from SN.

Please change the To date , for 1 week, i can see only 2  mins and make sure announcement is active.

I have tested various methods to display my portal home page, but unfortunately, only the PDI is working. The organization portal is not being displayed. Can you please help me find a solution?
