I need Announcement message display in the servicenow portal

How is your announcement configured. You are only stating that you don't see it and are telling nothing about your settings. I can only answer: did you check if it is active for this day?

I've created a new announcement, but it's not displaying on my portal's home page. Could you please let me know where I can check if it's active for today? Kindly provide me with the steps to do so.

I tried this in my PDI it is working fine for your reference i have attached the same please check and in portal do check whether you are setting the correct portal name,

Hi there,

Is your portal out-of-the-box or customized? Especially the header. You won't be the first where the header is customized and you are not receiving new updates due to that or braking other things. In this case, the announcement part. So also check with an out-of-the-box portal if the announcement is working, then you know its not the announcement itself.

Once check the system properties related to the announcement
