I need help to trigger a notification for an SLA that has been overdue for more than 3 days.

I triggered the SLAs through the flow, and it is being triggered every day at 10:00 AM. I created an event to trigger the notification when the SLA has been violated for more than 3 days, I did this in the flow, but the notification is not being triggered. What should I do?

Hello @larissaribe, are you facing any error while sending? Ideally, after lookup, you can create a 'for each' flow logic and there use 'send email' action. for e.g.
