I need sla pause condition based on schedule start date

Currently p1 sla is attaching , when user change the schedule start date the sla is keep on running, and breaching the sla
but the customer need that sla will pause when user change the schedule start date and after schedule start time meet again sla will start run form begining, Based on schedule on location table 8-5 weekdays.
Any one help me how to solve.

I think it is not easily possible OOTB, bcz there is no operator that telll the changes in Plan start date also, the schedule run for overall SLA not only for pause condition.

If I understand your question correct, you have created a SLA on the change_request table? If yes, what is the business reason for the SLA? What is it that you would like to obtain by having the SLA?
