I need to auto populate choice field

I need to auto populate choices based on another choice selection. Please assist.

Hello @Muffin ,

 

You can define an client script to run onChange of custom impact field.

 

You can call a script include & its function using GlideAjax within client script.

The planning tab contains only a string field, and I think its tough to search / conditions and then populate Imapct field. Please provide more details to help you.
