As of now, it's not possible to download videos or transcripts directly from Now Learning. You can view and stream the content online through their platform. If you need offline access, consider taking notes or using screen recording tools for personal use while complying with any applicable terms of service.

nowLearning videos are proprietary of ServiceNow and they cannot be downloaded through nowLearning portal as most of them are paid courses/videos.

However, ServiceNow uploads the videos on their official YouTube channel, which can be downloaded using various third party websites and applications. But it is strictly advised to use them only for education purpose, not for reselling.

@Suggy It is not possible to download the Now learning videos as they are hosted on ServiceNow servers and are proprietary videos.
