I need to configure padlock icon is coming next to attachment

Hi Folks,

 

I am currently working on Parent–Child attachment synchronization. Attachments from the parent record are being successfully copied to the child records.

However, I have observed a UI behavior difference:

  • On the Parent Incident, the same attachments are displayed as normal without the lock icon. - Expected 
  • On the Child Incident, attachments are displayed with a padlock (🔒) icon, which is expected. - Need to configure


On Parent incident attachment are showing like below and its expected Attachment 1.png

On child incident attachment also showing without padlock icon and I need to configured as shown in below image

How can I configure this?

so you want a custom pad lock icon only for the child incident attachment

You will have to customize the OOTB attachment UI page for this

I will recommend not doing this requirement because it comes with technical debt
