I need to create a report for completed Incidents as well as TASKS. What table are TASKS found?

try going to:

"extends table", "=", "task is the query to see task related tables. Many to choose from.

You can create a report on "task" table and attached is the image with conditions mentioned

Do you refer to incident tasks or tasks in general. If yo refer to incident tasks, then you should utilize incident_task if you refer to task in general, then you should utilize "task" table.
