I have one Catalog item that requires a unique Response SLA value and I am trying to research the best way to do this. I assume I can add a script to the record producer (copilot served one up quickly so I assume this has been done before), but can I make this even easier and add it to the HR Template? Does anyone have a better solution for this one-off?
Thank you in advance for any help you can provide!

Hey there,
You don't need a script or any changes in your template, you may simply configure an SLA with a Target of "Response" for the appropriate case COE you are working in. Then in your SLA Start condition, just set the condition to be "HR Service" <is> "<your service>".
Here is the documentation: https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/xanadu-financial-services-operations/page/product/fso-common/task...

Hi @Mike D3 ,
Just create a SLA definition for the specific table/task according to requirement - there is no need for scripting.
