I receive an Error message saying: Failed to request translations when I click the "Request Translation" and pick a language

The Request Translation is working in the developer environment, But it is not working in the TEST and QA environments in the Catalog item UI View.

Please help me, how to resolve the issue

Did you check if it is something related to Access issue (elevating security roles).

Has your user got the "snc_internal" role, and have you correctly created a "setting" for the artifact?

Did you get the solution  for this error. Im facing same issue with catalog translations.
