I receive an Error message saying: Failed to request translations when I click the "Request Translation" and pick a language

The Request Translation is working in the developer environment, But it is not working in the TEST and QA environments in the Catalog item UI View.

Please help me, how to resolve the issue

@gssr333,

There's usually a statement presented in "Script Log Statements", are you able to paste that here? My first guess is that in the "setting" record you created, have you ensured the assignment group has members and they have the "localization_fulfiller" role?

localization_fulfiller role fixed the issue

Hi Siva,

1.Navigate to settings from Localization Framework-->Settings.
2. Search for the records where the field 'Localization Fulfiller Group' is empty.

3. Add the groups or delete those records by taking a backup.

4. The error is gone.
