Hi @maheshtallu
There seems to be some issue with images on the community.
Could you please attach the image instead of pasting it directly?

Hi @maheshtallu ,
Can you please specify on which table you want the Manager field?
Alternate as per my understanding of the question:- You can right click on form header and navigate to configure-- Form layout and see in available field list , if you can find Manager field.
If my answer helped you in anhyways, please mark it - solution accepted.

which table's form?
share some screenshots.
1) if the table has it's own manager field and it's not present in form layout then configure the form layout for the view you want and then add the field
OR
2) if the table doesn't have it's own manager field and you are saying you want to bring the user's manager, then configure form layout and dot walk the Reference field pointing to sys_user present in your table and then add the manager as dot walked field
