I want my team member to review my request before i submit my service request

Hi All,

I have a requirement where the requester of the catalog form gives access to his form to his team member who is added in watchlist before he submits the form. So that it will avoid rejection of request from approvers.

Is it possible for anyone to review the request before its submitted by user. How to fulfill this requirement. Any ideas let me know.

Painpoint customer have is that, everytime user submits incorrect information , the request is getting rejected and its causing lot of rework

Wouldn't it be easier to have a flow with the people in the watchlist have the item reviewed? Rather than accessing the form itself?
1. Create a workflow with the various states of draft, review, approval.
2. Define watchlist management so that the requester can add team members to the watchlist. Write a script that sends notifications to the team members of that watchlist.
3. You can also create a UI action to move to the review state.
4. Set notifications make sure the team members receive this UI action, when it moves to the review state.

I gave this another thought, but it would be more easy to just create a flow and attach to that catalog item. In the flow, there is another approval action, this might be done from people in the watch list.
