I'm quite new to ServiceNow. So far, the system administrator has been on the right side button and was able to practice on users, roles and groups. I opened the site today but it was AES Creator that was at the right hand button and couldn't find user, role and group on the application list. How do I correct this pls?

Hello,
Within your PDI, you may have impersonated the AES Creator demo account. In order to get back to the persona of the system administrator, you will need to unimpersonate the user.
In order to do that, click on the username in the navigation header and select "End Impersonation."
If this has been helpful and allowed you to achieve what you were looking for, I'd love it if you'd mark it as correct/helpful! If you have additional questions, let me know.
Thank you!
Michael

Hello again,
If you navigate to developer.servicenow.com, login, and then click on your profile in the top-right of that page you should be shown a menu to manage your PDI.
Within that prompt, if you click "Manage Instance Password", you should be able to go to the login page of your instance and login with the administrator account versus the AES Creator account since it does not seem like you have the impersonation capability.
Let me know if that helps you in resolving your issue.
Thank you,
Michael
