I want report on incident table - incident resolved by support group, if support user not resolved any incident then i want display the "0"

Your question is unclear. You both state support group and support user - which is it? According to the report designer, then for "display 0" is not how it works. For this to be populated, you need to utilize performance analytics instead as this will show "0".
