I want to add an external link to the incident priority field

Hi.

I want to transition to an external file by clicking Priority in the Incident table.

At the moment, pressing Priority will take you to the following document.

I want to replace this with an external file (Excel) that I prepared.

Please tell me how this can be achieved.

Hi,

Please check the labels related list on dictionary of Priority field.

One the incident record and update the URL.

If you want to make change for all child tables inheriting task then you need to make changes to task record label as well as all other related labels.

You need to configure the dictionary of priority field. Then you go to label tab, open the needed record and add the link
