Hi Sanel,

You can do that, Create a report on Approval[sysapproval_approver] table with below condition :

Later, you add this report on your Homepage Dashboard. Click on add Content : Select Reports : Select Table : Approval : Select your report -Click Add Here ...  that's it , you have your pending approvals list on your dashboard :).
