I want to change my instance url from VA chat

Hi,

We have updated the ServiceNow instance "abc.service-now.com/now"(old url) to "xyz.service-now.com/now" (new url) so from VA chat in that once I click on open issues it will redirected to the "abc.service-now.com/now"(old url) but I want to updated "xyz.service-now.com/now".

How to updated can anyone provide steps. It will helpful.

Check the settings through your Conversational Interface Admin dashboard. Something must be configured there that creates the URL in that message (is it default greeting people with that?) I think the URL is hardcoded there (and you may want to check all other topics as well for that hard code url).

select view all
