I want to create an incident topic in my virtual agent. I`ve tried installing plugins but didn`t get my required topic so tell me the procedure how can i extract it from OOB or create a new topic "create incident".

We need to install "ITSM Virtual Agent conversations" to get "Create Incident" topic.

Also you need ITSM Virtual Agent Conversations plugins installed for Create Incident topic.
