I want to create interaction in servicenow for every email coming to service desk mail id

HI,

I want to create interaction in servicenow for every email that comes to service desk mail id. I have created the inbound action for this, but how will i ensure that email coming to service desk comes to servicenow, because inbound will be triggered if servicenow receives email.

Use "recipients " Contains " your "service desk mail id".

But, how will the emails coming to service desk mailbox gets forward to servicenow mailbox?

The inbound will work only if servicenow receives emails.

Work with your Outlook/Messaging people to auto forward anything sent to your companies service desk mailbox to the ServiceNow email address listed in the Email Properties. Thanks!
