Hi,

I want to create new tab called "Contacts" in related list beside the Related knowledge articles.

How to do this can anyone provide steps on this. It will be helpful.

Go to the Relationship module and create a new record with the name "Contact" to define a new tab. Take reference from the screenshot attached.

As per your Instructions I have created Contacts related list tab through relationships but I need to hide all the contacts int he related list tab.

Can you please help on this, It will be helpful.

For that you need to use to script. The use of script is to filter the records that will be shown in the related list, so if you want nothing to be seen in the related list you can add some query that will give no record to be shown in the related list...

Please refer the previously attached screenshot to add query in the script.
