I want to delete the custom attribute from the table.

For which column in the sys_user table, you have added the attribute?

Go to System Definition --> Tables from the Application Navigation.

Search for the sys_user table.

Open that table. In the Columns table search for the column you have created. Just click on the red cross mark and save the record.

Go to Dictionary and search for that filed in sys_user table. Then delete it.
