I have a requirement: if the hardware record state is ‘In Stock’ and the substate is ‘Legal hold’.
If the logged-in user is a member of a particular group, they can change the substate, and the substate value visible to them will be ‘Legal hold’. If the user is not part of the group, the field will be read-only, and the substate value shown to them will be ‘Quarantine’."
Is this possible.
