Hello everyone,
I go to workspace and open one case record.
Then there are multiple tabs lined up under the title (Details, SLA,Tasks, Interactions, etc.).
I would like to have one of these tabs display multiple widget-like items as shown in the image below, but I can't find it in my PDI.
I would like to know what I need to do to make the tabs appear.
