Employee Number Search via Interactive Filter

Is there a way to create an interactive filter that is based off employee number? i want to be able to do a search from the sys_user table and search for an employee number in the interactive filter. What steps are needed to create the interactive filter and what is the reference table that will need to be selected?

Creating an Interactive Filter for Employee Number

1. Navigate: Go to Service Portal > Interactive Filters.
2. Create Filter: Click New, and enter a name and description.
3. Set Reference Table: Choose the target table (e.g., incident) and set the reference table to sys_user.
4. Add Filter Condition: Create a condition using the employee_number field from the sys_user table.
5. Add to Service Portal: Ensure the filter is accessible in the desired Service Portal page.
6. Test: Verify the filter works as expected.
