I want to get logged user Email and Manager same like Userid

I want to get logged user Email and Manager same like UserID. Can we do this by writing Default value? anyone help me out to do this. 

I created a custom table consists of three fields i,.e.  Requestor, email, Manager and, now the fields should be autopopulated depends on logger user details.
