Dear Expert

Please tell us.

I want to hide or disable access to only certain portals when accessing the Employee Center from a mobile browser.
I want to create a user criteria to meet this in the portal availability settings.
What table should we use to set the user criteria?
I don't know which table to use for the user criteria.
If possible, I would like the criteria to be fixed values.

However, I would like to be able to access all portals when accessing from a desktop browser.

Thank you very much.

So I assume that ServiceNow itself switches the browser display between desktop and smartphone at the portal, etc., but is that decision made by the above mechanism?

Best regards.

HI @M_Tomy ,

Yes the mechanism is called client-side detection.
