You have to goto Load data--click create new table and give some temporary name...then upload your file in csv or xls format...then click submit...

Your data will be uploaded to a temporary table .Then you have do the mapping...CLick on Mapping assist for that and map your fields correctly and then once done click ..transform data...

Give the Column name as present in SNOW table.

find_real_file.png
Then Goto Load data.Choose option of create a new table and create a temp table..Then Load file and click on sumbit.

find_real_file.png
Click on "create Transform Map" .Then choose target table as Application_SupportTeam table and click on automap matching fields or mapping assist (if you don't have same heahders).

find_real_file.png

After that click on transform below mapping assit ...

Let me know if you face any other issue.

You can check transform history in Transform History of transform is complete.

Mark Correct if it solved your issue or hit Like and Helpful if you find my response worthy.

Hi Deepa,

I want to create a new table to do bulk upload to create CI's(for network gear).

We have ( cmdb_u_csv_network ) table to do bulk upload but it is a very old table and fields are not same as we want to update through bulk upload.

I do not have access to tables but at the load data page, I can see the option to create table. Can I create table there(I'm trying in UAT)?

Thanks!
