I want to remove the Review state of my change request life cycle form. How to do that.

May i know what is business case to remove the state? reason begin

- It is OOTB state.

- Removing means, need to update OOTB flow / WF / BR and  scripts.

- Need to update state model 

- It will impact In progress changes and historical changes.

- Need to update reports / dashboard as well. 

and also removing this need a very crisp and clear Impact analysis.

Do you want to remove Review state completely or you want to remove it from top ?

@dhineshkumar If you want to remove it from Top then you can navigate to System UI -> Process flow

Filter Table with change

make Active as False
