You are able to create views for lists in the same way that you can create views for forms. Create/modify the ess view of the List for the Requested Items.

Hi Sudaporn,

You are doing in correct way only...i.e by using configure list layout whatever fields you chose will appear as default view for all users.

You can see down ('list view' -view name field - default view) that settings are for default view only
